New Years Day Bird Walk at Woodberry Wetlands

Celebrate the New Year with a birding walk at Woodberry Wetlands.

The tour is led by our onsite ranger, who knows the site and local nature well.

The walk circumnavigates the reservoir to give views from all directions and takes place on a flat, easily navigable surface and at a comfortable pace to allow plenty of time for discussion and questions.

Access to the Coal House on the evenings will be via the New River Path, accessed via Lordship Road. Please check our visitor information page for further details and a map.

To prevent disturbance to the wildlife at this nature reserve, dogs are not permitted (including dogs on leads) at Woodberry Wetlands except for registered guide and assistance dogs.

For the same reason, cycling on site is also not permitted. Bike racks are available outside the main entrance.
