Last year ‘fake news’ was the phrase on everybody’s lips. In this interactive event we will explain and demonstrate what social science can tell us about misinformation, how it works and what we can do to minimise its impact on us.
Come along and find out how susceptible you are to fake news compared to other people, using interactive mobile technology. Three expert scientists will also explain the latest research on fake news – connecting the findings to the audience.
The experts will then discuss how these scientific insights and findings can help us protect ourselves and others from misinformation.
