About Dr. Edward Fitzgerald
 
 
 
Edward is the Global Healthcare Executive to KPMG International’s Chairman of the Healthcare Practice. He has extensive consulting experience in strategy, policy, and operational improvement and care system redesign. He is also leading KPMG’s global healthcare research initiative and has a special interest in China’s healthcare sector. Edward qualified in medicine from Oxford and has over 12 years of clinical experience from the NHS, international health systems, and the NGO sector. He holds a Visiting Lectureship in the Centre for Global Health at Kings College London and has contributed to over 100 academic publications across the healthcare sphere.
 
About Bin (William) Xu
 

 
William is a strategy and investment advisor in the Healthtech space across Europe and Asia. Having previously held positions in private equity and technology financing, he is increasingly focusing his effort on fund-raising and ensuring commercial success for earlier-stage and growth-cap ventures. William has recently advised digital health and medtech start-ups in the UK on formulating China-centric growth strategies. He is also a Director at the Young China Watchers in London and sits on the expert panel of Cambridge Minds.
