Successfully integrating health and social care services offers the opportunity to unlock bed blocking and get people out of hospital and back to home as quickly as possible. How can we improve this journey? And how can we use technology keep older and vulnerable people, and those with chronic diseases, safe and well in their own homes? Can real time monitoring and data analytics enable carers to predict and prevent crises? Can technology place people in the centre of a virtual circle of friends and carers to combat loneliness in an increasingly hectic world?

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
15 Hatfields is served by a number of mainline (Waterloo, Waterloo East and Blackfriars) and underground services (Waterloo, Southwark and Blackfriars underground stations).
As a venue with high sustainable credentials, there is no car parking. 
The following bus routes stop on Blackfriars Bridge: 45, 63, 100. The following bus routes stop on Stamford Street: 381, RV1 (towards London Bridge, for Covent Garden RV1 use Upper Ground stop) A large number of routes stop on Waterloo Road or just by Waterloo station.
