If you'd like to learn more about backend and front-end programming in a practical way, join us! These four workshops will be followed by a Coding Workshop Day on Saturday June 2nd. A certificate will be delivered to all attendees who have attended the four workshops and our Coding Workshop Day!
Of course, you don't have to attend all four workshops, feel free to come to whichever suits you best if you're not interested in all of them!

Have you ever wondered how Facebook is able to automatically display your Instagram photos? Or how Evernote syncs notes between your computer and smartphone?
 If so, then it’s time to get excited!
 What you'll do:

We will walk you through what it takes to link different IT systems together, thanks to this common tool called an Application Programming Interface (API)

We will start off easy, explaining the basics of (web) APIs; what they are, how they work, why they matter

We'll use examples of AirBnb, Uber, Timeout and many more, and how API's generate incredible features we use everyday on the web.
