Most Likely to Succeed: Film Screening and Panel Discussion

This event has finished Took place on: Friday, 23rd Feb 2018

 £9.00

Inspired especially by the model of High Tech High in San Diego, California, where flexible, project-based learning, confidence and collaboration are prized above standardised testing, the film explores compelling new approaches to education, as we enter what has been called ‘the fourth industrial revolution’.

The filmmakers were given incredible access to the inner workings of the classroom, to observe students, teachers and parents, their victories and defeats, their excitement and their anxiety as they attempt to complete ambitious projects ahead of their year-end exhibition.

Featuring interviews with a range of commentators including Sir Ken Robinson, the global educationalist who gave the most-viewed ever TED talk, Most Likely to Succeed has already screened for thousands of audiences around the world, igniting conversations about what students and teachers are capable of doing and empowering change along the way.

From Director Greg Whiteley (Last Chance U, Mitt) and Executive Producer Ted Dintersmith (author of Most Likely to Succeed), the film has been an official selection of two dozen of the world’s top film festivals, including Sundance, Tribeca, and AFI DOCS.
