Lester Hillman has spent five decades involved in infrastructure projects in and around the Regent's Canal and supports the work of the London Canal Museum. 1817, exactly two centuries ago was a critical year in the history of the canal. This illustrated presentation will dredge the inky waters to bring to the surface colourful personalities and a Regency scandal. Join us to learn more.
