Celebrate National Honey Week

This event has finished Took place on: Saturday, 28th Oct 2017

 Free

As part of National Honey Week, we've organised a FREE event along with Bee Urban to help and celebrate honey bees!

Barnaby from Bee Urban and the BBKA's London Adopt A Beehive beekeeper will be running free bee-based workshops and demos from 11am, including honey tasting, honey spinning, seed bomb, wax candle making workshops.

You'll be able to learn more about the craft of beekeeping and life inside the hive, and help London's bees.

There'll also be special honey beer tasting workshops run by Hiver Beers - so it's a fun and free day for all the family!

Into the evening, Bee Urban is hosting a fundraiser, complete with live music, cob oven pizza and Hiver Beers.

Everybody is welcome! Come along to The Hive in Kennington Park for a fun, free event and give something back to vital honey bees this Honey Week.
