Be immersed in a forensic, crime and security talk series. It’s all designed specifically with the curious psychology, science and maths student in mind.

From WWI mass grave excavations that breathe life into your biology curriculum objectives — to the science of deradicalising terrorists as a new adventure in psychology, be riveted by live demonstrations and talks by leading scientists and technologists.

Featuring experts from the UCL Jill Dando Institute of Crime Science, the FBI and CAHID at the University of Dundee, talks and demonstrations will include:

A Grim Puzzle:The distribution of tissue fragments after an explosive event;

Decoded: The dazzling mathematics of cryptanalysis;

Mind Over Matter: Group dynamics, developmental pathways and behavioural characteristics of terrorism, and;

The Right Touch: Explorations and evaluations of transfer DNA evidence.
