A notice that there will be a military flypast over Central London, specifically, St Paul's Cathedral.

Likely to be related to the National Police Memorial Day service which is being held in the Cathedral.

I would presume that it will be over St Paul's at 4pm.

The air traffic alert reads:

FORMATION FLYPAST BY ONE FIXED WING AND 3 ROTARY WING ACFT WI 1NMRADIUS 513050N 0000554W (ST PAULS CATHEDRAL, LONDON). FORMATION WILL DEPART NORTHOLT AD AND ROUTE 513700N 0001800W (STANMORE) - 513610N 0001358W (HENDON)- 513050N 0000934W (HYDE PARK CORNER) 513050N 0000552W (ST PAULS CITY OF LONDON) - 513050N 0004250W (WHITECHAPEL CITY OF LONDON) - 513511N 0000336W (TOTTENHAM HALE). ON DEPARTURE FROM LONDON CTR FORMATION WILL SEPARTE INTO INDIVIDUAL ELEMENTS.
