Fit to Rule? Tour

Meander around fashionable Marylebone’s ‘Medical Mile’ and finish up by taking the air in ever so Royal Regent’s Park.

Inspired by the recent TV series ‘Fit to Rule’, hear tales of Britain’s rulers and how they had their fingers on the pulse of London’s developing healthcare sector.

See the places where the mighty sought treatment and you might even find out whether they were actually mentally or physically well enough to hold the reigns of power at all!

This walk commences at The Royal College of Physicians  and lasts around 2½ hours including a highlights tour of the Royal College, its museum and collections*. 

Free online booking for our scheduled events is highly recommended using Eventbrite. A small number of turn-up tickets are available on the day, but cannot be guaranteed. 

“Fit to Rule?” is also available as a private tour at any time by prior arrangement, subject to a minimum charge.
