Drawing on the topic of his book Money: the Unauthorised Biography, Felix Martin will give a lecture about the nature of money and the mythologies that we build around it.
Showing how commonly conceived ideas about money and its history are not only wrong, but dangerous, this session will explore the secret history of money and explain the truth about what money is, where it comes from, and how it works.
Using stories from throughout human history and around the globe, this talk will radically rearrange your understanding of the world and show how money can once again become the most powerful force for freedom we have ever known.
This event is free and open to all and an audience Q&A will follow the lecture.
Spaces are limited so registration is required.
