Apple Day at Forty Hall Farm

Come and celebrate national Apple Day at Forty Hall Farm, with a windfall of apple-related fun and games.

There’ll be apple bobbing and apple tasting, as well as opportunities to make your own apple juice and enter the Longest Peel competition. Local food stalls will be selling delicious goodies and we’ll even be showcasing a specially brewed apple beer.

We will also be opening our newly built stockyard, providing visitors with an opportunity to meet and feed the farm animals, including our new pygmy goats and our newly born piglets.

And as if this wasn’t enough, we’ll be ending the day with the burning of a spectacular fire sculpture, created by local artist Joe Robinson and depicting the legend of the Golden Apple.
