One of London’s smallest museums can be found in one of its oldest and smallest retail outlets, and is devoted to that most English of pastimes, the cup of tea.
About the Twinings MuseumTwinings have had a tea shop on this site for over 300 years.
Today it still sells a vast range of teas, and at the rear of the shop there is a tasting bar, and a small museum.
The museum is just a few glass cases, but its a charming little display and surrounded by a perfect environment of tea smells from the tasting bar.
IMPORTANT - Although venues are reopening, their hours may differ from normal, and most now need prebooking before you visit.
