Treasures of the English Church

Today I wandered over to Goldsmiths Hall in the City to visit an exhibition which opened only yesterday of Church silver and gold plate and vessels. The exhibition is said to the be the largest collection of religious metal work

All Saint’s Church – Margaret Street, London

Yesterday, I made my long planned return trip to the incredible All Saints Church in central London for a photo session with my tripod. I had been there before, but the lighting is so dark that it is not possible


St Margaret’s Church – Lee, London

I wandered along to St Margaret's Church in Lee - just by Blackheath in South London today. This was a rather plain Church when built, but then completely redecorated in a Pugin inspired Gothic Revivalist mode by James Brooks.
