Half price tickets to the View from the Shard

The View from the Shard – the viewing floors at the top of the skyscraper are offering open-dated tickets at half price for a couple of weeks.

An open-dated ticket lets you turn up any day you want — that the Shard is open — before 30th April 2021.

Normally they cost £30, but are available for £15 if you buy before 5pm on 2nd November.

By comparison, a standard turn up on a set date ticket would cost you £28, so buying one of these open-dated tickets saves money and gives you some flexibility about when you want to visit.

Photography tip – cities often look their best around sunset when the lights come on, but there’s still enough sunlight to see the buildings clearly. Time your arrival for half an hour or so before sunset.

Sadly, the bargain annual pass doesn’t look to be making a return they’re now £79 per year.
