Tickets Alert: Midnight Apothecary returns to the Brunel Museum

The Brunel Museum is reopening its open-air cocktail garden built on top of Brunel’s original tunnel shaft in Rotherhithe from next Friday.

Closed due to the lockdown, the reopening is of necessity slightly different.

The museum site will be divided into two spaces — the cocktail garden itself, with limited numbers of 30 people, and the Piazza — a terrace tucked alongside the Brunel Museum amongst Rotherhithe’s cobbled streets.

Drinks will be supplied by the museum, and food via the neighbouring pub, The Mayflower.

The cocktail garden on top of the Brunel shaft will be open Friday & Saturday nights, and tickets cost £7 for two hours, including a visit inside the shaft space itself.

The Piazza will be open Thursday – Sunday, and the cocktail garden will also be open on Sunday afternoons. Both of these 2-hour sessions are free of charge.
