Why are railway stations and railway lines often referred to as train stations and train lines? It just grates.
I suppose it’ll be ‘National Train’ and ‘Network Train’ next.
But at least we should be grateful that the headline wasn’t ‘No case for a new London to Brighton train corridor’.
