Croydon Heritage Festival is offering the opportunity to peak behind the scenes and visit the tram maintenance, servicing and control facility at Therapia Lane the home of the Croydon Trams.
Based on last year’s event, it’s a chance to go inside the maintenance shed and see up close how the trams are looked after and a look around the main control centre that looks after the entire network.
Then a look around the inside of the drivers cab of the trams themselves.
The tours take place on Sunday 19th June, with tours at 10am, 11:30am, 1pm and 3:30pm.
