Evening Standard says “TfL today said contractors building a £1bn extension to Westfield London at White City had breached the tunnel wall, which is around 100 metres below ground according to its own figures.”
100 metres, really? I thought it was near the surface, as it is emerging there just before White City.
On another note: Any reason you put cab regulations under London Underground? 🙂

And what if they do? Then what? No drivers. Just another posh jumped up ex-pat (lives in Vienna!) Tory civil servant with no real world knowledge except on how to be a sociopath.
