    Do people use Puddle Dock entrance to get to Blackfriars station. Or do they use the main entrance. It seems that this entrance is hardly being used.

      I use it every day as do most commuters coming from the adjacent Baynard House. It’s not so useful if your intention is to use the underground. But I think more people would use it if it was visibly signed from street level.
