The new version of the Trans Europe Express TEE 2.0, four of the services will terminate at Paris, three from Paris via Brussels and one Paris via Strasbourg, I know the UK has left the EU but could and is there high enough passenger demand for TEE 2.0 Trains to use the Eurostar route via the channel tunnel Paris to London ?
I don’t think TEE would want the hassle of running trains through the Channel Tunnel, with its onerous operational requirements. However I do notice that one of the proposed services is an Amsterdam to Barcelona route, give that a stop in Lille Europe with a keenly-timed Eurostar connection from London and sensibly-priced trough ticketing and you could be on to a winner.

When Sadiq Khan bans London Underground gambling ads, maybe he also should ban ads for newspapers and apps which encourage gambling in stock and share prices. It is, after all, not unknown for stock exchange gamblers to over-extend themselves and bring financial ruin on themselves and their families, or even on their banks, as in the 2008 crash.
