If you are scared of spiders, then London Zoo is running a series of courses for phobics to help us you overcome such fears.
Whilst I am not afraid of the eight-legged monsters, I don’t particularly like them and particularly dislike the way they appear without warning when I am settled down for the evening and watching the telly. They could at least knock before entering the room!
Anyhow, if you want an afternoon of spider love for a slightly eye-watering price of £110, send an email to fspadmin@zsl.org and the available dates are: 23rd May; 20th June ; 18th July; 26th September and 10th October
They assure you that no animals, photographs or illustrations are used… until the end part of the course.
