Free entry to National Trust properties this autumn

This autumn, the National Trust is offering free tickets to visit most of its properties across the UK. The free entry pass allows free entry for two adults and up to three children, one adult and up to four children, or two adults on their own.

Each ticket is single-use and valid from today until 18th October 2024.

Each free pass allows entry for

  • Two adults (and up to three children)
  • One adult (and up to four children)

To request a free ticket, go here and select the option to claim your free visit.

Some places may require booking in advance to visit. Remember to check if the place you’d like to visit requires you to pre-book. When pre-booking online, select the free member’s ticket option and use the code AUTUMN24 when you asked for your membership number.

A tip if booking tickets for busy venues — weekdays are usually quieter than weekends, and the peak time for arrivals is usually late morning or early afternoon.

If you’re a National Trust member, you also can bring a friend by applying for a free pass for yourself.

A handful of venues are exempt from the free tickets offer.
