The Museum of Brands is offering free entry to children over Christmas

Over the Christmas period, the Museum of Brands, which tells the history of consumer goods, is offering free entry for children when accompanied by an adult.

Entry for children usually costs £5.50 per child (£6.50 next year), and there’s no limit on the number of children who get free entry over Christmas, so for a family, the offer can be a significant saving.

EG: One adult plus three kids costs £10 instead of £26.50.

The museum features over 12,000 original items, including domestic “everyday” products, packaging, posters, toys and games. Set out in chronological order in the form of a “Time Tunnel” the museum gives visitors “a trip down memory lane”, and to see how the brands around us have evolved from the naive charm of Victorian times to the greater sophistication of today.

It’s a curious mix of nostalgia of brands we remember from our own youth to the modern stuff for kids that we never saw as adults.

The kids go free offer is valid from Friday 20th December 2024 to Thursday 2nd January 2025 (excluding Christmas Eve/Day/Boxing Day) with a paying visitor for general admission.
