A panel discussion hosted by Gia Milinovich talking with writer/producer Tracy King, filmmaker Campbell, presenter Maggie Philbin, all of whom are female, geeks and doing things “they shouldn’t be doing”. Should “girls” be gamers? Do older women understand technology? A black LGBT geek? Really?

Tracy King is a writer and producer and runs an animation and game development company. She staged both London TAM events and produced the animated film ‘Tim Minchin’s Storm’. She writes a column on the science of gaming for Custom PC Magazine. http://www.tkingdoll.com

Campbell is an award-winning independent filmmaker, camera-person, writer, and has worked as a social media and web consultant for 11 years for companies in the creative industries. She is included on “100 Great Black Britons” list of British LGBT icons and recently released her first feature film, “Stud Life”. http://www.blackmanvision.com/campbell/ Maggie Philbinhas worked in radio and television for 30 years on a wide range of science, medical and technology programmes, including, of course, Tomorrow’s World. She founded Teen Tech which runs events for young teenagers which encourage them to see Science Engineering and Technology as possible future careers.http://www.maggiephilbin.com/

Gia Milinovich, according to Wikipedia, “is an American film blogger and producer” (nope), “she presented TV programmes… dating back to 1995 (1992 actually), but now works largely behind the scenes” (nope). So there you go.
