    Heathrow can charge for using it’s track to the airport – it can’t charge an “historical infrastructure charge”.

      Mr Justice Ouseley said on Friday the challenge had failed on all grounds, so in what context can Heathrow apply any levy?

    There is already quite a lot of mobile phone conversations on the tube. Fortunately, conversation ceases when the train enters a tunnel.

    The ‘deep lines’ will continue to save us from the utter tedium of last night’s exploits.

    Lower Marsh(not Lower Marsh Street) is in Lambeth not Southwark.
