The revolving restaurant at the top of the BT Tower is to reopen to the public once more, but only for two weeks.
The meals are also a far cry from the Butlin’s original, with lunch for £50, or dinner for £68, although that is for 2.5 hours of munching time. The price does not include drinks.
And tickets, which despite the price of the meal will be snapped up, are therefore to be released as a ballot and then allocated randomly.
You will be able to apply for up to four tickets. The ballot opens on Mon 22nd June, and will close the following week, when a second ballot opens.
The ballot tickets will be released here
They’ll also be holding a ballot in September to win free “30 min flights” to see London from the BT Tower’s 34th floor. Not sure how the “flight” bit works. Maybe a dangleway is being installed?
Make it rotate or I send in the Goodies kitten.
If there were lights on each table, how come the flex never got tangled?
More questions than answers.
Rob..
Probably the same way that motors can spin without tangling their cables, or trains can run on tracks without dragging long cables behind them.
Witchcraft then Ian?
