Time to start planning the annual celebration of the persecution of a Papist plot to kill our Protestant Monarch. Sadly, the burning of effigies seems to be frowned upon now, although a few venues will have bonfires this year.
With clever planning it can be possible to attend several firework displays, spread over the whole weekend!
If I’ve missed any (as I am bound to have), then send me a note and I’ll update the details.

Many thanks for compiling the list 🙂
excellent – helps track where everything is going down!!! 🙂
Ally Pally’s back!
V useful list – excellent work – thanks!
Thanks as ever for compiling this. I don’t think this one’s on your list yet: Southwark Park’s display, which looks to be going ahead on 5 November again.
Thanks – the Southwark one wasn’t on their website at the time of compiling the list (a problem for several venues!).
Great list but why can’t London decide on a date and the whole city celebrate together instead of over two weekends. Don’t make sense.
You’ll find that it is easier to spread the event over several days/weeks as there is not going to be enough skilled people to set off fireworks at every wanted display site all on the same evening.
