As you may recall from previous media stories, ubiquitous person artist, Antony Gormley is unsurprisingly using people as his medium for the empty plinth on Traflagar Square.
Every hour, 24 hours a day, for 100 days without a break beginning on 6th July, a different person will make the Plinth their own – an uninterrupted succession of 2400 volunteers creating a “unique portrait of the UK in the 21st century”.
As the art will be made up of volunteers having the plinth for themselves for 1 hour each, you need to apply to be a lucky art exhibit.

I’ve applied, although frankly I have absolutly no idea what I’d do if I was chosen – probably something political (anyone spare me a blong wig?).
