[...] Woolwich is a bus ride away from the Thames Barrier and of course has the very funky new extension to the DLR up and running. Otherwise, you are subject to the whims of Southeastern. You know what, better to stay at home, and let the El Director take you on an armchair tour instead… [...]

Did the DLR ever consider what the impact would be on passenger further down the line when they opened Woolwich Arsenal DLR ?!! As a resident of Barrier Point, (nearest DLR is Silvertown)...since the opening of Woolwich Arsenal, the train has been completely packed in the morning !!! With passengers from Woolwich !

Business commuters arriving at City Airport...where visiably taken apart how jam-packed the train had become...and one passenger shouted out the comment "Where the f**k did these people come from!!!"....bottom line, is DLR should run more regular services now on this line to ease the congestion...else it might as well be a woolwich residence service only...

UPDATE - Graffiti is now appearing on the stations...telling Woolwich folks to stay of the trains (aka South London Scum stay off our trains !)...great !
